SPEARS, Muriel ? of Burton, age 95, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Genesys Hospice Care Center, Goodrich. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, November 10, 2007 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 E. Davison Rd., Davison. Rev. Patr ick Stybert will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Thursday, 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday and 10-11 AM Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel United Methodist Church. Muriel was born in Mt. Pleasant, N. Y. on June 13, 1912. She married Walter Spears on August 10, 1929. Walter preceded her in death on June 2, 2002. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Muriel is survived by her grandson, Dan (Maridel) French of FL; brother-in-law, Wesley (Betty) Spears; son-in-law, Roy Elmer French and many nieces and nephews.
