Vancouver, Wash., June 26 - Norman Pringle, 18, of Washougal died at 9:40 o'clock tonight in St. Joseph's Hospital and Homer Harris, 16, his companion is in the hospital with a broken kneecap and possible internal injuries as the result of a head-on motorcycle collision with an automobile driven by R.A. Dunn of Kalama on the North Bank highway, ten miles east of here. Mr. Dunn's mother, Mrs. H.N. Dunn, a passenger in the automobile sustained a broken collarbone. One of Mr. Dunn's arms was severely bruised. They received medical attention in Camas. At the sheriff's office here it was reported the boys were eastbound when Mr. Dunn, coming west, turned out to pass another automobile and the crash occurred, late today. Homer Harris is the son of Jesse Harris, but names of the parents of Pringle had not been ascertained. Published in the Oregonian (Portland, Oregon) on Monday, June 27, 1927.
