A quiet home wedding took place Wednesday noon, Dec. 25, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Morrison, when their daughter, Mary, was united in marriage with Mr. Norman McLeod of Greenbush.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. C. M. Boyce. The bride was becomingly attired in blue serge and carried carnations. Miss Kate McLeod, sister of the groom, and Mr. William Morrison, brother of the bride, supported the pair.
The room was prettily decorated with favorite flowers. After the ceremony congratulations were extended and all sat down to a sumptuous dinner. About forty of their young friends pleasantly surprised the happy young people in the evening, and le ft many useful presents. Their many friends join in wishing Mr. and Mrs. McLeod a long and happy life.
