DEADY, John Edwin, Sr. "Jack" - age 90, of Swartz Creek passed away June 7, 2019. Funeral services 2 PM Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, at our temporary location Hill Creek Church 5363 Hill Road, Swartz Creek ( Mundy Twp). Pastor Jacob Gieseler officiating. Visitation 11 AM until the time of service Tuesday. Interment 10 AM Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Memorial contributions suggested to Shriners Hospitals for Child ren. Jack was born November 19, 1928 in Lynchburg, VA, the son of Emmett and Anita (Foote) Deady. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Jack was an Electrician in the residential and industrial construction field. He was a member of IBEW Local #665, La nsing; Faith Baptist Church of Lapeer; Masonic Lodge, Okemos; Elf Khurafeh Shriners, Lansing; and American Legion Post 0452, Stanton. Surviving are: wife Beverly; children, John (Carol) Deady Jr., David (Glenda) Bailey, Timothy (Tanga) Bailey, Rebecca (Mark) Shepler; grandchildren, Selina, Justin, Jonathan, Jared, Lee, Daniel, Jordan, Zackery; great grandchildren, Riley, Jayde n, Nadia, Wyatt, Easton, Maggie, Bridget, Tess, Madelyn and Harrison. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Robert.
